Spicy Hickey Cocktail

I have experienced some pretty awesome cocktails as part of Australian Cocktail Month, so I have jumped onto Hairydog to order some cocktail ingredients to recreate a couple at home.

This is my version of the Tricky Hickey that I tried at Mr Badgers in Woolloongabba Brisbane.

I have spiced it up a little with some Cinnamon sugar syrup and spicy plum bitters. I call it my ‘Spicy Hickey’.
