Seville Negroni Cocktail
One of my favourite Liqueur coffee’s is a Seville Coffee – which has a shot of Cointreu. Orange and Coffee are a brilliant flavour pairing. The bright citrus notes of orange are perfectly complimented by the shady, eathy flavours of coffee. I love a liqueur coffee, especially in winter, however in Queensland at Christmas time, it is WAY too hot for liqueur coffees, BUT they do make excellent cocktail inspiration! This cocktail recipe is my Seville Negroni. Negroni is one of my absolute favourite cocktails of all time! It is soo well balanced already, but adding Cointreau to ramp up the citrus notes and Coffee to colour in the gaps – it is next level delicious!
I really hope you try and love this one!
