Easter Bunny Mule Cocktail

This is a relatively guilt-free cocktail, as I feel like I am having a healthy juice, but with the extra kick (enter Mule pun) of beautiful Dart Gin and Stones Ginger beer.

This is based on a Moscow Mule, a very popular cocktail invented in 1941 at New York’s Chatham Hotel.

The Dart Gin is in the style of a London Dry with a Classic Juniper forward approach but is complimented with Pepperberry, Toasted Wattleseed, and a few other botanicals.
